Home Made Nepal provides a platform for buyers to connect directly with home-based sellers and artisans. We are a marketplace and do not produce, stock, or ship any products ourselves. Our role is to facilitate the discovery and communication between you (the customer) and the seller.
2. Code of Conduct
We expect all users to interact with each other in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or abuse towards sellers or other users will not be tolerated and may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
3. Placing an Order
When you are interested in a product, you can view the seller's contact information to get in touch with them directly via phone, WhatsApp, or other provided methods. All transactions, including payment, delivery details, and any customization requests, are to be arranged directly with the seller. Home Made Nepal is not a party to these transactions.
4. Product Quality and Authenticity
Our sellers are passionate individuals who take pride in their work. While we encourage high standards, Home Made Nepal cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any items listed. We encourage you to communicate with the seller, ask questions, and read reviews before making a purchase. Any issues with a product should be resolved directly with the seller.
5. Reviews and Feedback
We encourage honest and fair reviews of both products and sellers. Reviews should be based on your direct experience. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that violate our policies, contain offensive language, or are not relevant to the product or seller.
6. Limitation of Liability
Home Made Nepal acts solely as a connecting platform. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses that may arise from interactions or transactions between buyers and sellers. By using our platform, you agree to resolve any issues directly with the other party.
